Saint Rocke Lager is an American lager that has been designed and brewed to be extremely drinkable.
The style is uniquely American, developed in the late 1800s and early 1900s by German immigrants to satisfy the American palate.
It is refreshing with some malt flavor, low levels of bittering, low hops flavor (if any), and a neutral fermentation character.
Many of its flavors come from the use of rice and some corn together with traditional barley.
The final goal is a refreshing and crisp lager.
