Q. Where are you located?

A. 142 PCH in Hermosa Beach – on the corner of 2nd and PCH

 

Q. How old do you have to be to get in?

A. 21 and over – all days, hours and shows

 

Q. What if I bring my mom with me?

A. Nope still 21 and over.

 

Q. What if I am 20 and about to turn 21 in just a few months?

A. No, you are not 21.

 

Q. What are your hours?

Tuesday– Sunday 6pm– 2am (unless specified on our website that we have an early show)

 

Q. What time does the band go on?

Set Times vary. Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday shows generally have an earlier start  time, you can call the day of show to get that information. For Friday/Saturday shows generally the headliners go on a bit later.

 

Q. Where can I find a calendar of events?

On our website at calendar or in house posters/flyers.

 

Q. Where can I purchase tickets?

1) Pre-buy on our website 2) Buy at the door the night of on a first come first serve basis until the show sells out. We highly recommend purchasing in advance, and it’s generally cheaper that buying at the door.

 

Q. Can’t I just come in early and avoid the ticket charge?

On occasion yes, but not always. We recommend pre purchasing your ticket in advance if you want to see the show. 

 

Q. When is your Happy Hour?

Tuesday- Friday from 6-8pm (unless specified otherwise). 

 

Q. What are your happy hour deals?

Select beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as discounted food menu items. 

 

Q. What time is your kitchen open?

A. 6pm– 10pm (open to 11pm on weekends)

 

Q. Where can I see a menu of items?

A. Go to www.saintrocke.com/menu.

 

Q. Will you be playing the specific sporting event on your TV’s tonight?

A. It depends on the time and the band and is up to managers discretion. No sound, unless it is the Superbowl.

 

Q. Do you sell gift certificates?

A. Yes, you can come into the venue and purchase them through a manager during regular hours. 

 

Q. I purchased tickets to a show and can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

A. Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. 

 

Q. I can’t attend the show I purchased tickets to but I want to give to a friend – can I do that?

A. Yes, call the venue after 6pm and let hostess know. Also you can just send the ticket confirmation to your friend.

 

Q. I was in last night and it looks like you overcharged me.

A. Does it still say ”processing” next to the charge? (yes.) This means the charge hasn’t settled yet. Charges takes 2-3 business days to settle. You’re seeing the temporary processing fee from our POS. It will disappear once the charge settles. (If it IS settled and we did make a mistake, then we can refund you right away, but 99.9% of the time it’s accurate.
